【摘要】:1.1ThisspecificationcoversrequirementsandtestmethodsforthematerialandpropertiesofsolidplasticshapesmanufacturedfromUHMW-PE.1.2Thepropertiesincludedinthisspecificationarethoserequiredforthecompositionscoveredandarederivedfrommoldedsamplesorfabricatedfromsheet,rodandprofiles.RequirementsnecessarytoidentifyparticularcharacteristicsimportanttospecializedapplicationsmaybedescribedbyusingtheclassificationsystemgiveninSection4.1.3Thisspecificationallowsfortheuseofrecycledplastics(asdefinedinGuideD5033).1.4ThevaluesarestatedinSIunitsandareregardedasthestandardinallpropertytables.Forreferencepurposes,EnglishunitsarealsoincludedinTableS-UHMW-PEandTableA.1.5Thefollowingprecautionarycaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodportionsofthisspecification.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatoryrequirementspriortouse.Note18212;ThereisnoISOequivalentstandard.
