【摘要】:ThispartofISO15901describesamethodfortheevaluationofporosityandporesizedistributionbygasadsorption.Itisacomparative,ratherthananabsolutetest.Themethodislimitedtothedeterminationofthequantityofagasadsorbedperunitmassofsampleatacontrolled,constanttemperature.ThispartofISO15901doesnotspecifytheuseofaparticularadsorptivegas,howevernitrogenistheadsorptivegasmostcommonlyusedinsuchmethods.Similarly,thetemperatureofliquidnitrogenistheanalysistemperaturemostcommonlyused.Useissometimesmadeofotheradsorptivegases,includingargon,carbondioxideandkrypton,andotheranalysistemperatures,includingthoseofliquidargonandsolidcarbondioxide.Inthecaseofnitrogenadsorptionatliquidnitrogentemperature,thebasisofthismethodistomeasurethequantityofnitrogenadsorbedat77Kasafunctionofitsrelativepressure.Traditionally,nitrogenadsorptionismostappropriateforporesintheapproximaterangeofwidths0,4nmto50nm.Improvementsintemperaturecontrolandpressuremeasurementnowallowlargerporewidthstobeevaluated.ThispartofISO15901describesthecalculationofmesoporesizedistributionbetween2nmand50nm,andofmacroporedistributionupto100nm.ThemethoddescribedinthispartofISO15901issuitableforawiderangeofporousmaterials,eventhoughtheporestructureofcertainmaterialsissometimesmodifiedbypretreatmentorcooling.Twogroupsofproceduresarespecifiedtodeterminetheamountofgasadsorbed:--thosewhichdependonthemeasurementoftheamountofgasremovedfromthegasphase(i.e.gasvolumetricmethods),and--thosewhichinvolvethemeasurementoftheuptakeofthegasbytheadsorbent(i.e.directdeterminationofincreaseinmassbygravimetricmethods).Inpractice,staticordynamictechniquescanbeusedtodeterminetheamountofgasadsorbed.Toderiveporesizedistributionfromtheisotherm,itisnecessarytoapplyoneormoremathematicalmodels,whichentailssimplifyingcertainbasicassumptions.
