　　为在煤炭巷道断面和交岔点设计中贯彻执行国家相关的法律、法规、《煤炭工业技术政策》和《煤炭安全规程》，做到安全适用、技术先进、经济合理，特制定《煤矿巷道断面和交岔点设计规范》。
　　本规范是一项新的国家标准，由中华人民共和国建设部第771号公告批准发布，编号为GB50419-2007，自2008年6月1日起实施。其中22条(款)为强制性条文，必须严格执行。
　　本规范适用于煤矿中的平巷、倾角不大于45o的斜巷、平硐硐身的断面设计以及平巷交岔点设计。
