【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsforgeneral-purposeoffshorecranesincludingtheirsupportingpedestalsorstructures.Thisstandardappliestocranesmanufacturedafterthedateofissueofthisstandard.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcover:a)Fabrication,assembly,dismantlingorchangingtheconfigurationofthecrane;b)Liftingaccessories,i.e.anyitembetweenthehookandtheload;c)Sub-sealiftingoperations;d)Designtemperaturebelow–20°C;e)Operationsatanambienttemperatureabove40°C;f)Liftingoperationsinvolvingmorethanonecrane;g)Transportationofthecrane;h)Loadsduetoearthquake;i)Cranesonseagoingvessels,excludedfromthescopeoftheMachineryDirective.ThesignificanthazardscoveredbythisEuropeanStandardareidentifiedinclause4.Thisstandardincludesrequirementsfortheliftingofpersonnel.WhereNationalAuthoritiespermittheuseofageneral-purposeoffshorecranefortheliftingofpersonnel,thecranewouldatleastneedtofulfiltherequirementsofthisstandard.
