【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61249givesrequirementsforpropertiesofbrominatedepoxidecellulosepaperreinforcedcore/wovenE-glassreinforcedsurfacelaminatesheetsofdefinedflammability(verticalburningtest),copper-cladforlead-freeassemblyinthicknessesof0,60mmupto1,70mm.Theflammabilityratingisachievedthroughtheuseofbrominatedfireretardantsreactedaspartoftheepoxidepolymericstructure.Theglasstransitiontemperatureisdefinedtobe100°Cminimum.Somepropertyrequirementsmayhaveseveralclassesofperformance.Theclassdesiredshouldbespecifiedonthepurchaseorder,otherwisethedefaultclassofmaterialwillbesupplied.
